Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes. Pro and Featured are month-to-month. Cancel anytime — you keep access until the end of your billing period.
What's the platform fee on Free vs Pro?
Free: 10% of closed campaign value. Pro and Featured: 5% — half the fee for the same access.
Are there any setup fees or hidden costs?
No. The price you see is the price you pay. Stripe processing fees on payouts are standard (2.9% + 30¢) and come out of your campaign payment, not Bloom's cut.
What does 'priority placement' actually mean?
When brands search the roster or we generate a shortlist for a campaign brief, Pro members appear first within their niche category. Featured members appear on the homepage rotation and at the top of category pages.
