1. Who we are

Bloom Roster ("Bloom," "we," "us") operates a marketplace at bloomroster.com connecting independent content creators with brand advertisers. We are based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, USA.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Bloom Roster. By accessing the site you represent that you meet this requirement. We may verify age and identity for creators who apply to the roster.

3. Creator obligations

Creators agree to deliver contracted content in good faith, maintain accurate audience information, and not misrepresent followers, engagement, or demographics. Creators retain ownership of their content; brands receive only the usage rights specified in each campaign contract.

4. Brand obligations

Brands agree to pay agreed campaign fees through Bloom's escrow, provide accurate brand and product information, and not repurpose creator content beyond the rights granted in the contract.

5. Platform fees

Bloom takes a 10% platform fee on completed campaigns (5% for founding-member creators). Posting a campaign is free. Browsing the roster is free.

6. Payments and escrow

Brand payments are held in escrow via Stripe until the brand approves delivered content. Payment auto-releases to the creator's connected Stripe account within 7 days of approval. Disputes are mediated by Bloom; our default position favors creators with documented deliverables.

7. Prohibited content

Bloom does not host adult content. Creators must comply with the terms of their primary platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.). Bloom prohibits any content that violates US law, including content involving minors, non-consensual material, or illegal goods.

8. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell creator contact information to third parties.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms. Active campaigns affected by termination are settled fairly per the escrow rules.

10. Disclaimers

Bloom is provided "as is." We do not guarantee campaign performance, audience growth, or specific revenue outcomes. Creators and brands are independent contractors, not employees of Bloom.
