Privacy Policy

What we collect

Creators: stage name, email, city, niche, social media handles, audience tier, rate range, and any optional photo or notes you upload through our application form.

Brands: company name, contact name and email, website, campaign budget and category, and any deliverable or audience details you submit through our brand brief form.

Visitors: minimal anonymous analytics (page-view counts via Vercel Web Analytics, no personal identifiers).

How we use it

To match creators with brand campaigns, contact applicants about their submission, send transactional notifications, process payments via Stripe, and improve the platform.

We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for marketing.

Where it lives

Application and campaign data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL, hosted in US East). Photos and uploads are stored in Supabase Storage. Email is sent via Resend. Payments are processed by Stripe. Each of these services has its own privacy policy and processes data on our behalf.

Cookies

We use a single first-party cookie (br_age_verified) to remember that you confirmed you are 18 or older. We do not use third-party tracking cookies.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct inaccuracies, or request deletion of your account and application by emailing privacy@bloomroster.com. We respond within 30 days.

Residents of California (CCPA), the EU/UK (GDPR), and other jurisdictions with privacy laws have additional rights, all of which we honor.

Age verification

We require visitors to confirm they are 18+ before entering the site. Some US states require formal age verification for adult-adjacent platforms; we comply with applicable state laws by working with verification providers where required.
